Save Me, San Francisco is more than just a wine—it’s a collaboration between Gestalt Wines and Pat Monahan of the band Train, blending a shared passion for great wine, music, and making a difference.

For nearly 15 years, Train has been crafting award-winning wines, not just for the love of it, but to support Family House, a free home away from home for families with children battling cancer and life-threatening illnesses in San Francisco.

This 2023 Cabernet-based blend from California is bold yet inviting, with classic Cabernet tannins, rich dark berry flavors, and a subtle spice on the finish. It’s a wine meant for sharing, a reminder that the best moments in life are the ones we spend together—glass in hand, music playing, making memories.

Your Single Release includes:

-  Three bottles of Save Me, San Francisco Red in three unique labels 
- A limited-edition 7” vinyl featuring Save Me, San Francisco and Underneath the Dogwood Tree (previously unreleased!)

For almost 15 years, Train has been involved in making wine that is sourced and made in Northern California. My obsession with wine and my even deeper passion for contributing to Family House, an incredible place that houses and cares for so many very sick children and their families, has truly made it all a labor of love. We have recently partnered with our friends Sebastian Lane and Dave Phinney at Gestalt Wine Company to continue this beautiful combination of incredible wine and giving back to our home of San Francisco.

Proceeds of the sale of Save Me San Francisco, go towards Family House. Founded in 1981, Family House serves as a free home away from home for families with children undergoing treatment for cancer and other life-threatening illnesses by providing support, comfort and community.

All Gestalt drops are accompanied with a magazine around the theme of the drop. For Save Me San Francisco, we dive into San Francisco resident, Karl the Fog, Prohibition and when “save me” goes wrong with histories dumbest rescues.

the 7" vinyl

A limited edition 7” record of Save Me, San Francisco is included in this drop. This record will not be released anywhere else! The vinyl includes: Save Me, San Francisco on side A and Underneath the Dogwood Tree on side B.
